“www.nesthq.ca” is a leading gaming jobs platform facilitating the exchange of data between gaming lifestyle users and entities, such as National Esports Tournament, for obtaining rewards for purchases. It serves as a platform for finding suitable employment, project collaborators, and more.
“User” refers to any natural or legal person who uses www.nesthq.ca and wishes to participate in the National Esports Tournament.
“Volunteer/Applicant” refers to any person who uses www.nesthq.ca to find suitable employment, engagement, project collaborators, etc.
“Careers” is a general term encompassing various worldwide, remote esports job opportunities.
“Personal Data” refers to any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person, protected by the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law.
User Provisions
To use the portal, users can register by creating a user account. During registration, the following details must be provided:
- Username;
- Email;
- Password;
Registered users can access all available functions on the website and utilize current and future advanced features. The company reserves the right to delete inappropriate, offensive, or discriminatory content.
Application to National Esports Tournament
To apply to the National Esports Tournament, applicants must register and provide the following details:
- Full name;
- Email;
- Preferred position (select options);
- Resume upload;
- Attach work samples;
- Work sample link;
Returns
All purchases made through www.nesthq.ca are eligible for a refund within a 15-day period.
NEST Courses
If the content you purchased is not what you were expecting, you can request, within 30 days of your purchase of the content, that NEST apply a refund to your account. We reserve the right to apply your refund as a refund credit or a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion, depending on capabilities of our payment service providers, the platform from which you purchased your content (website, mobile or TV app), and other factors. No refund is due to you if you request it after the 30-day guarantee time limit has passed. However, if the content you previously purchased is disabled for legal or policy reasons, you are entitled to a refund beyond this 30-day limit.

If we decide to issue refund credits to your account, they will be automatically applied towards your next content purchase on our website. Refund credits may expire if not used within the specified period and have no cash value, in each case unless otherwise required by applicable law.
At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, such as if you’ve consumed a significant portion of the content that you want to refund or if you’ve previously refunded the content, we reserve the right to deny your refund, restrict you from other future refunds, ban your account, and/or restrict all future use of the Services.
Account Inactivity
NEST points will remain valid for one year. However, accounts with no activity during this time may be deleted, resulting in the loss of accumulated points.
Point Adjustments
We reserve the right to award or revoke points at our discretion, based on any valid reason.
Accuracy of Data and Liability
www.nesthq.ca does not guarantee the accuracy of personal data, contacts, qualifications, characteristics, or any other information provided in the resumes of applicants and advertisements of employers. We are not liable for any damages, whether material or non-material, resulting from the misuse of incorrect data by users, volunteers, applicants, or third parties.
