In order to guarantee your spot and make sure that you are scheduled we will need some information from you. NOTE: ONLY TEAM CAPTAINS NEED TO RESPOND TO THIS: Your activision ID/Game ID (Needed for us to invite you to the server) Your Discord ID and/or add Commissioner#5526. (All Players will be required to be in the discord server for our coordination) Your Entire Team Roster in the Following Format (Team name – Player Names (Legal) – In-Game Name – Email address for e-transfer of each individual team member) *Team roster can include a standby player if needed Also for promotion we are going to feature the teams and require that your answer/provide the following: How did your teammates come to know each other and game together? How many years have you been gaming together? Any notable wins or stats your teammates have achieved we can highlight? Do you have a Team logo you can submit or would you like NEST to assign your team one? Any social media tags or @’s of your team? Tournament start will be set for the 28th and 29th with finals on the 30th. and we will set a static schedule that cannot be changed. Scheduled times will be strict as there are many teams competing. NEST may possibly stream a few qualifier games as well so inform your friends, family, and fans to come check out the game.
